This small ro plant uses mechanical filters, activated carbon filter as a pre-class treatment, the effective removal of suspended solids in raw water, sediment particles , organic colloids, organic matter, odor, chlorine and other impurities, with pre-programmed as a reverse osmosis desalination plant to remove the raw water. Most of the dissolved salts, bacteria, hot stream and so on, to ensure finished water quality standards.

Process: raw water tank(buyer provided)→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→anti-scale dosing system→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→pure water tank(buyer provided)+UV sterilizer(ozone generator) +water supply point
Some parts function for your reference as below^^:
Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.
Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances
Anti-scale dosing system): add antiscalant(customer supply) , absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water.
Security filter: fill cation resion inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
UV sterilizer(ozone generator): for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking.
CIP system: its help to cleaning the RO membrane, so that it can be have long life span^^

Component:

There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly. (1000LPH)

a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
d. Ro membrane: replaced about every 2 year

We suggest you buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month.

After one year, if there's any fault, we provide 24hours online technical support and will make measures to solve it.

2.Does the machine/equipment difficult to install ?
Kai yuan factory already connect/adjust well for the machine before delivery, and we will provide the specific entire system"User Manual", if need can take Video for how to operate machine. .
3.Does Kai yuan will help customer install the machine in their country ?
In additional , Kai yuan can also send their engineers to customer place to install this equipment and train staff, but the buyer should pay for the relevant cost for our workers.
4.What is the packing of this machine ? Is it suitable for shipment?
Machine will be packed by standard wooden case. It is suitable for shipment. After you receive machine, you open wooden case to pick out of machine is ok .
5. What is requirement information i need to provide for achieve the suitable ro machine/other relevant products i want ? It is kindly that you could provide us a raw water analysis /water test report .
